Lexington and the towns around it, out to the lake and down to Pelion
Our office sits on West Main in downtown Lexington, which puts most of the county within an easy drive. West of town we work the lake country around Gilbert, Murray, and Leesville. South of I-20 it's Red Bank, White Knoll, and the farm roads around Pelion, and to the east we cover Oak Grove and the older streets of Seven Oaks. Each town's page lists its zip codes and the jobs we run into most there.
Irmo has a Safe-Dry office of its own, so the Irmo page sends you straight to that team.
Lexington
Home base and the county seat. Our office is on West Main, and the subdivisions off Corley Mill and Barr Rd are next door.
Lake Murray South Shore
West along US-378 and US-1 toward Gilbert, Murray, and Leesville, where lake lots sit next to peach orchards.
Gilbert, SC
Peach country west of town, plus the lake lots off US-378. Sandy yards and wet dogs keep the entry carpet busy.
Murray, SC
The small crossroads community between Gilbert and the south shore. Country houses, long driveways, and a lot of tracked-in sand.
Leesville, SC
The Leesville side of Batesburg-Leesville, out US-1 and up toward the lake's southwest arm. Older homes and family rugs are common calls.
Southern Lexington County
Down SC-6 past I-20: Red Bank, White Knoll, and the farm country around Pelion.
Red Bank, SC
Just across I-20 from town along South Lake Drive. Lots of newer two-story builds with stairs that show wear first.
White Knoll, SC
Platt Springs Rd and the streets around White Knoll High. Busy family houses where the sectional gets as much use as the carpet.
Pelion, SC
Farm town at the south end of the county, home of the Peanut Party. Red dirt, work boots, and pets that live half outside.
Eastern Lexington County
Augusta Rd through Oak Grove and the older neighborhoods of Seven Oaks, closer in toward the river.
Oak Grove, SC
The Augusta Rd (US-1) stretch east of town. The lane from the front door to the couch is the usual complaint.
Seven Oaks, SC
Some of the oldest planned neighborhoods on this side of the river, off Piney Grove and Bush River Rd. Well-used carpet in well-loved family rooms.
